We have a winner for the mystery weapon

Dave sent us the following:
After a little research I've determined the the rocket system is an improvised RPG type weapon. I check for intell products in the National Guard Bureau website. There is a file labeled "C5K improvised shoulder fired rockets from Iraq". It is in the Current intell products section in the Intell are of the website. It originates from Leavenworth. The document is labeled FOUO so I won't send it to you but I'm sure you have someone who will.

The picture comes from Michael Yon's Blog. Yon is a freelance journalist who has spent time in Iraq.
