PACIFIC OCEAN (Aug. 10, 2011) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Andrew Runge, from St. Louis, signals flight deck personnel as an F/A-18F Super Hornet assigned to the Black Aces of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 41 launches from the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C.
