At a U.S. camp six kilometers from the Pakistan border, four Taliban rockets landed near American troops unloading a helicopter. Two Americans were killed, and eight wounded. The rockets are not very accurate, so this hit was more chance than anything else. This brings to 148, the number of American troops killed in Afghanistan in 44 months of operations.
