 Rebel violence left four dead, while a mass grave was found, containing 13 bodies of people killed by rebels. It is thought that the victims were rebels killed in factional fighting. Normally, rebels want their victims to be seen, as their violence is generally used to control local populations.

But in another sign that the rebel operations are losing their impact, Air France has resumed commercial flights to Algeria, after an absence of nine years.
