Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, established the Collective Security Treaty Organization (DKB) in 1992 and have now set up a joint military command to deal with international terrorism. A rapid reaction force will be established and basing arrangements for Russian aircraft in all member countries established.
