A Colombian banking association report revealed that it's not just middle class Colombians who are fleeing the violence and disorder. Money is getting out as well, with some five billion dollars leaving with 1.1 million Colombians in the last three years. The total population is 38 million, but the people and capital flight has caused GDP to decline five percent.
