One of the groups celebrating the September 11 bombing attacks is probably the drug cartels in Colombia. The FBI immediately shifted many agents from anti-drug work to the anti-terrorism efforts. Many anti-drug investigations will no doubt be slowed down or suspended. This will make life easier for the drug cartels, especially since America finally has Colombia's permission to extradite major Colombian drug lords for trial in the United States. And if the drug lords aren't worrying about the FBI, they have more time to torment the Colombian government.
