Colombian prosecutors and some US congressmen are feuding over whether or not three IRA explosives experts caught leaving FARC controlled territory were there to show FARC how to make better bombs (which has happened of late) or were simply tourists. Some US politicians who oppose American involvement in Colombian affairs see plots and deceptions behind any assertion that terrorism is involved in Colombian problems.
