The AUC has agreed to move its armed men to a large save zone, in preparation for the disarmament of thousands of militiamen. The process would be supervised by staff provided by the Organization of American States (OAS). Still to be negotiated is the critical issue of how much amnesty for drug related, and other crimes, would be granted.
