Pakistani troops along the Afghan border blocked the roads into South Waziristan. The troops are trying to force the tribal leaders to capture and hand over two pro-al Qaeda men, Maulvi Abbas and Mohammad Javed. The blockade brings economic activity to a halt and has gotten the attention of tribal leaders in the past.
