  Aceh rebel leaders in Aceh deny that a cease fire agreement has been reached. The Indonesian president earlier announced that exiled Aceh rebel leader Hassan Tiro had agreed to a cease fire. Meanwhile, security forces in Aceh stormed a rebel camp and killed a rebel leader  Ten other rebels escaped.  In the Malukus, a 66 pound World War II bomb exploded as people tried to saw it open to get the explosives. Thirteen were killed and eight injured. The villagers wanted the explosives to make bombs. Normally, such leftovers from World War II are disposed of safely, as some of these old explosives go off when a farmers plow hits them. The people know these old bombs are dangerous, but the current unrest in the Malukus has caused locals to try and recycle the many half century old bombs and shells still lying about. Violence continues in the Malukus, with two people killed and thirteen injured today.
