The Abu Sayyaf organization in the Philippines is, according to the Philippines, selling weapons to separatists in Aceh and Irian Jaya. Actually, there is suspicion that half the weapons that the MNLF Islamic rebels were supposed to surrender after a peace agreement in 1996 are being sold to others. This might include Islamic radicals and separatists in Indonesia.
