The Chinese president is due to arrive on the 12th to make sure Israel allows china to exercise it's option to buy more AWACs aircraft for some $750 million. The US us pressuring Israel not to, as the Chinese AWACs would make the Chinese air force a much more formidable force in a war with Taiwan. Israel has been accused to selling military technology before, particularly Patriot missile details Israel obtained after it obtained Patroit missiles during the 1991 Gulf war. Now Israel is dealing openly with the Chinese, much to the consternation of Taiwan, the US and many of China's neighbors..
