The US is furious over the Israeli sale of Phalcon airborne early warning radar planes to China, and is starting to quietly and unofficially retaliate. Requests for export licenses, technical data, military cooperation, reciprocal visits by top officers, and similar matters are being delayed, stalled, sent back for revisions, and otherwise sidetracked. --Stephen V Cole
