: 10.0pt"> Israeli troops continue to raid West Bank towns to arrest terrorism suspects. The raids usually involve several hundred troops, in armored vehicles and jeeps. There are usually helicopter gunships overhead. The troops and police go to specific houses or businesses and search for suspects, weapons and bomb making equipment.

Israeli intelligence continues to amass more information on Palestinian terrorism operations, identifying key participants and where they hang out. The Israeli campaign against the terrorists is having an effect. Successful terrorism attacks are fewer and less lethal.
