Israeli Navy commandos participating in a raid in Nablus, trapped a Hamas commander and some of his men. In the following gun battle Hamas leader Muhanad Taher was killed. Taher, known among Palestinian terrorists as "Engineer-4," was a bomb builder and his crew has recently made suicide bomb attacks that have left 121 Israelis dead.
