: 10.0pt"> Israel continued to hunt down and kill terrorist leaders via Hellfire missile. Overnight, a Hellfire missile was fired through the window of a building in Jenin, killing to terrorist leaders belonging to PLO leaders Fatah movement (Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades).

While many Palestinian leaders have urged the terrorists to concentrate on Israeli troops and settlers, not all the terrorist cells (of which there appear to be over a dozen, with new ones organizing as existing ones are destroyed by arrests or killings) have agreed. Israeli countermeasures are very effective, although the Israelis only have to fail once for a bombing attack to succeed. The Palestinians depend a lot on foreign aid from non-Moslem nations and this aid is harder to get when the terrorists kill women, children and other civilians in Israeli territory. Settlers and Israeli soldiers, however, are considered fair game by many non-Arab Palestinian supporters world wide.
