American troops headed for South Korea are receiving vaccination for anthrax and smallpox. North Korea is thought to have biological weapons that use anthrax and smallpox, and might use them in combat. Civilian contractors and dependents will also receive the vaccinations. South Korean troops are not getting the vaccinations, as South Korean feels that North Korea is on the ropes and ready to collapse, or sharply curtail ifs offensive military capabilities.
