Russia is sending more troops to the Georgian border, after apparently making a deal with Georgia to get better security on the Georgian side. The Chechen terrorists have camps in Georgia, which the Georgians have been reluctant to try and shut down. In return, the Chechens do not make terrorist attacks in Georgia. This may change because of the new arrangement with the Russians.
