The peace talks in Kenya are on the verge of collapse, and have been for a week, with the various, clans, warlords and factions unable to agree on how to run the country. Attempts to keep the talks going are expected to fail, because no foreign country is willing to come in with promises of money or other goodies. No one trusts the various factions in Somalia to keep their word on anything.
