Algeria contracted with the Russian company Novosibirsk Aircraft Production Association to upgrade its 22 Sukhoi-24 strike fighters for $120 million. The first 14 were returned to Algeria in June and the other eight are to be returned early next year. Most of the work involves refurbishing the
