The British Royal Air Force has reactivated 28 Squadron. This unit previously operated Wessex helicopters in Hong Kong, but was disbanded when the British returned that colony to China. The unit will now fly the new HC3 Merlin transport helicopters from the base at Benson.--Stephen V Cole
