Saudi Arabia will spend $60 million upgrading its E-3 AWACS aircraft with improved computers and software. The first two of the five aircraft will be upgraded by the end of this year. This will bring the Saudi planes up to the standards of the US AWACS fleet. --Stephen V Cole
