The army has deployed to areas known to harbor terrorist hideouts in anticipation of surrenders, or renewed attacks. The government amnesty offer expires tonight. All but the GIA terrorist organization have accepted the government offer. The amnesty plan includes a government offensive against groups that do not surrender, and that operations will begin in the next few days.
