India and China are finally discussing long standing border disputes. China occupies 40,000 square kilometers of mountainous terrain in Kashmir and claims a large chunk of terrain in eastern India. While this is the ninth time these technical experts have met, there appears to finally be real progress. Meetings are going to be held more frequently as well.
