The PLO has objected to plans for a minute of silence at the Sydney Olympics for the Israelis killed during the 1972 Olympics, saying this would insult Arab freedom fighters. The PLO has vowed to call for an Arab boycott of the Games if the proposal is not abandoned. --Stephen V Cole
