For the first time in a month, there was an attack by a Palestinian suicide bomber. One Israeli was killed, as well as the bomber. The Palestinian Authority refused the support of Osama bin Laden after bin Laden said (for the first time) that he was attacking America in support of the Palestinian cause. The United States has now openly backed a Palestinian state and the Palestinians don't want to repeat the error they made in 1990 when they supported the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait. Palestinian police are now breaking up anti-American demonstrations.
