The PLO has again urged a halt to the terrorist attacks on Israeli civilians. Israel calls these proclamations a fraud, as Israeli intelligence continues to collect evidence that the PLO still supports terrorist operations. Even Arab journalists have been able to uncover proof of this It's the same old story, the PLO would have to fight a difficult civil war to suppress the suicide bomber organizations. This would entail the risk that the PLO would lose and largely disappear as an organization. The PLO is not willing to take the risk.
