Unable to agree on sanctions for Russian companies that provide missile and weapons of mass destruction technology to Iran, the Senate unanimously passed a bill that would cut off subsidies for any Russian agency that provides this technology to Tehran. Under the current language of the bill, Russia would quickly lose all funding to subsidize parts for the international space station.--Stephen V Cole
