Looks like the SLA (Sudan Liberation Army) has won another victory in North Darfur State against Sudanese government forces. Several sources indicate the SLA struck a government force near the town of Al-Fashir and killed at least 75 Sudanese government troops. A significant battle took place in late April in the same area. One of the earlier reports claimed the SLA had driven out the government garrison, but that was a very iffy report. Looks like small-scale raids and ambushes are continuing around Al-Fashir.
