Battles between the Arab Rizeigat tribe and African Burgo in Darfur have left at least 70 dead.  These battles did not involve the government supported Arab militia, but were the result of long term disputes between members of the two tribes. The government does little to deal with this sort of thing, and tribal elders are trying to resolve the disputes.
