The Army killed three rebels, captured nine and six AK-47s, while rescuing 19 abductees. The night of the 21st, five members of a smaller rebel group operating in northern Uganda were killed and eight captured. The army believed that the larger group was planning to attack civilians in Kitgum District. - Adam Geibel
